Who We Are

Rohner Engraving was founded in 2006 by David Rohner.

Before Rohner Engraving, there was Rohner Printing, founded by Rudy Rohner. Rudy, born in Switzerland, brought old-world Swiss craftsmanship and applied then American know-how. This combination of talents earned him recognition as the finest printer in Chicago, if not the entire country. In its heyday, Rohner Printing was known as the "go-to" printer for Chicago's leading design firms and advertising agencies. 

The art of fine printing was passed down to David and his brother, Bruno, who owns and operates Rohner Letterpress. Keeping with Rohner tradition, Rohner Engraving takes great pride in listening to its clients' needs and is passionate about its craft, paying meticulous attention to detail and quality.

Rohner Engraving is a national resource, with a client base ranging from Fortune 500 companies, top law firms, design firms and advertising agencies to a bride seeking the best engraving for her wedding.
